Prepare for growth while protecting the qualities that make Banks a good place to live. Improve access to local businesses, community gathering places, downtown, and our trails.
3. Dependable Water Resources
Continue examining water sources, storage options, infrastructure needs, reliability, and costs so Banks can meet its long-term needs without placing unnecessary burdens on taxpayers.

Marsha has spent more than a decade serving Banks through its Economic Development Commission, Planning Commission, City Council, Urban Renewal Agency, Budget Committee, and now as Mayor.
Her experience extends well beyond elected office. She brings more than four decades of work in public service, public safety, government, small business, transportation, and community organizations—along with years of representing Banks before county, regional, and state partners.
